Happy Easter – Design Tips

Interior Designer Kristin Rieke

Hi friends and Happy Easter!

If you didn’t get enough entertaining tips with yesterday’s post I decided to give you one more to ponder on!

The show stealers of this setting are obviously the baked goods from Natasha’s Mulbery + Mott on the Country Club Plaza! Not only are their treats divine to look at they taste incredible too! Plus their bakery is an experience in itself, it is designed so impeccably that you forget about the sweet treats you came for!

Easter Entertaining A

With the macaroons and topsy turvy cake I included my basic clear glass water goblet, white folded napkin (video here) with my vintage white porcelain pig napkin rings (similar here), a more modern printed dessert plate (purchased from Home Goods) with a pink glass vintage plate on top of it (similar here), and then a chunky crochet placemat (similar here).

So if you haven’t already realized the aspect of going into one store and finding everything I need for my entertaining needs normally doesn’t happen. It is always a mix of old, new and DIY items!

But I hope this inspires you to dress up your next gathering!

Happy Easter!
