It’s always a great day when we are featured for interiors work and content. As most of you know design is something I hold very near and dear to my heart and feel blessed to have found my passion of creating early in life.  Recently Vail Valley Home Magazine asked me to contribute to their issue highlighting the latest in kitchen design trends and children’s nursery designs.

So I have recapped my thoughts on each:

-Nursery designs are my favorite and I love how most clients are steering away from the classic baby themes and going for more subtle timeless looks that blend well with their existing interiors! How cute are these furry friends, they make great accents in children’s rooms!

-In the kitchen we used to want all of our fixed finishes to be different (paint, cabinet finish, hardware, counters, plumbing fixtures, etc) and contrast one another. Now most want a clean look with all finishes being consistent and within the same tonal range. One of my favorite products are the “Grove Brickworks” tile by Waterworks, they have interesting sizing available and offer tons of texture in many color ways.
